I expect a full refund because the damage done to my hair will take months to repair since, as you say “you cannot make it grow back”, and a dusting has no use to me as I will not be coming back to use your services. I am sure your colleague who was present would agree that I wanted a hair cut decent enough to wear publicly. “ Our consult prior to the cut did not incorporate include missing patches, vast unevenness, cutting curls in half, and hair that I cannot wear down in public.
